DIRECTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, roasted garlic and dijon mustard.
  • Using a fork or a spatula, blend all the ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
  • Season with Deadly Bovine rub and Just Give'r the seasoning. Adjust any other seasonings if necessary.
  • Once the cowboy butter is seasoned to your liking, use immediately or transfer it onto a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
  • Roll the butter into a log shape, twisting the ends of the parchment paper or plastic wrap to secure the butter.
  • Refrigerate the cowboy butter for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  • When ready to use, slice the cowboy butter into rounds or use as desired.
