- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- Juice and zest of half a lemon
- 4 cloves roasted or minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Deadly Bovine Rub
- 1/2 tablespoon Just Give’r the Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, roasted garlic and dijon mustard.
- Using a fork or a spatula, blend all the ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
- Season with Deadly Bovine rub and Just Give'r the seasoning. Adjust any other seasonings if necessary.
- Once the cowboy butter is seasoned to your liking, use immediately or transfer it onto a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
- Roll the butter into a log shape, twisting the ends of the parchment paper or plastic wrap to secure the butter.
- Refrigerate the cowboy butter for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- When ready to use, slice the cowboy butter into rounds or use as desired.Â
